Mark Bement, CFSP

Mark is a native of Monroeville, Alabama. He came to Hanceville in 1989 and formed a partnership with Faith Hammock to establish and open Hanceville Funeral Home in 1990. He is licensed as a funeral director and embalmer and cremationist in Alabama and holds the CFSP designation from the American Academy of Funeral Service Education. He also holds a preneed provider license from the Alabama Department of Insurance.
Mark started Hanceville Monument Company shortly after the funeral home opened and has become an established memorialist.

Jordan is a life long resident of Hanceville and joined us in March of 2019. He is an alumnus of Hanceville High School Class of 2012. Shortly after joining our staff, Jordan attended Jefferson State Community College where he obtained his funeral director's license through the Alabama Board of Funeral Service in September of 2021. In that time he also became certified as a Crematory Operator. His outgoing and caring personality are a perfect fit for serving families during their time of loss and transition.

Alicia serves as the secretary at Hanceville Funeral Home where she is often the first voice families hear. With a gentle heart and a gentle spirit, she understands that every call and every visit comes during a difficult time. She takes pride in listening, guiding, and making sure each family feels supported, respected, and truly cared for from the very beginning.
