Funeral services for Linda M. Barksdale, 76, of Garden City will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the Hanceville Funeral Home chapel. Reverend Trueman Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Garden City Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5:30 until 8 p.m.

Originally from Franklin County, Alabama Linda and husband, Troy made their home and raised their children in Garden City.

The daughter of the late Benjamin Ray and Lillie Mae Hindman Knight is survived by her husband Troy; children Cindy (Tony) Mallard, Karla (Kent) Williams, and Greg (Shelia) Barksdale; Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren

Memorial donations are suggested to be made to the Alzheimers Association in Linda's name.
