Graveside services for Joyce McAnnally Casey, 79, of Decatur will be 2 P.M. Monday February 25, 2019 at Garden City Cemetery. Hanceville Funeral Home directing.  Her family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 12:30 Monday.  Mrs. Casey passed on February 19, 2019 in Decatur. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kennith and a daughter Kathy Lynn Casey. She and her husband founded WKAC Radio in Athens 1964 and it is still family owned today.

Survivors include a son, Keith Casey; daughters,  Kimberly Casey Davis and Karen Casey McTaggart all of Decatur. Also are grandchildren; Kristopher Casey, Ella Davis, John Davis IV, Anna McTaggart and Adam McTaggart.
