Funeral services for Zelda Rose Lindsey, 94, of Cullman will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 28th at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Hopewell Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 27th at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lindsey was born on July 19, 1929 in Cullman, Alabama to the late Arnie and Martha Jane (McAlpine) Dunaway. She passed away at her residence in Cullman, on February 24, 2024.

Survivors include her children, Brenda J. (David) McPherson, Clifford Mark (Jill Silcox) Lindsey, Melanie A. (Jerrold) Russell and Karen Dawn (Kim-Allen) Blackwood; daughters-in-law, Patricia Lindsey, and Karen Clark; grandchildren, Seth (Amy Meeker) Lindsey, Jared (Jennifer DeCora) Lindsey, Leslie Vest (Brian) Hughes, Cassy Denise (Dustin) Dempsey, David C. (Jessica) Hopper and Ryne H. (Jessica) Hopper; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and a host of many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lindsey was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford R. Lindsey; son, Richard J. Lindsey; and grandsons, Corey Clifford, and Mark Lindsey.

The family of Mrs. Lindsey would like to extend a special 'Thank You' to Eric Jackson, April Christiansen and Kim Riggs.
