Vonda Lee Isom, age 93 of Hanceville, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2022 at her home. She was born on March 23, 1929 in Cullman, Alabama to Robert Grubbs and Hattie Ruth Weldon Grubbs. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Joseph Isbell and Charles Isom; son, Larry Isbell; one grandson; one great grandson; her parents, Robert and Hattie Grubbs; five brothers and five sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory by her children, Brenda DeMonia, Charles Isbell, Lawrence Isbell, Emily White, Robert Isbell, Norman Isbell and Steve Isbell; six grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 3:00 PM from the Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Garden City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.
