Funeral services for Vira Darleen Hancock-Baker, 86, of Canal Winchester, Ohio will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 9th at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Julian Swann will be officiating.  The burial will follow at Addington Chapel Cemetery in Bremen, Alabama. Visitation for the public will be on Monday from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Hanceville Funeral Home prior to the service.

Mrs. Baker was born on June 13, 1937, in Cullman County, Alabama to the late John Hancock and Cora Freeman. She passed away on October 5, 2023, at her residence in Canal Winchester, Ohio.

Survivors include her children, Bobby Baker (Gloria) and Phil Baker (Donna); grandchildren, Josh Baker (Alicia), Courtney Baroody, Ashley Grizzaffi, Jonathon Mueller, Amanda Willson, and Alexis Crib; 12 great grandchildren; and her sister, Judy Swann

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Baker was preceded in death by her husband, William Robert Baker; daughter, Patricia Mueller; and brothers, Autrey Hancock, and Kendreal Hancock.
