A Celebration of Life Service for Temeka Lashawn Flanigan, 45, of Colony, Alabama will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 14th at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church in Colony, Alabama. The burial will follow at Colony Cemetery. Visitation for the public will be on Monday at the church from 12:30 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Temeka was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother (NeNe). She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and dancing like no one was watching. She was a woman of faith, she always put God first in all aspects of her life.

She leaves behind her husband, Charles Flanigan; sons Broderick (Karina) Flanigan, Brendan Flanigan; daughters Brayesha Flanigan, Brakala Flanigan; grandchildren Kynlee Brooke Flanigan, Naomi Nekole Burney, Jiana Malia Flanigan, Nylah Na'sha Burney; brother Rodney Malcom; sisters Stonya (John) Nation, Charlotte (Roger) Harris. And a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father Stanley Hall; and brother Randy Donell Malcom.
