Funeral services for Susan Reeves Quick, 69, 0f Cullman will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at St. Paul Lutheran Church.  Burial will follow the service at Hopewell cemetery.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Susan Reeves Quick, 69, of Cullman passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025

Survivors include her daughters, Audrey (Richard) Crabb and Rachel (Andrew) McAnnally-Kreps; seven grandchildren, Leo, James, Eleanor, and Owen Crabb, Benjamin, Sybil, and James Kreps; sister, Gail (Roy) Wood; nephew, Alan (Leslie) Wood; niece, Alison (Nolan) Harbison; along with a host of great nieces and nephews, and treasured cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Quick, and her parents, Harrison and Sybil Glasscock Reeves.

Susan was an inspiration to everyone she met.  She bravely battled cancer with unwavering faith and positivity.  She loved to be outside tending her flowers or going for a jog, but her greatest joy came from being a grandmother.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church kitchen fund.

The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Garcia, the staff of Clearview Cancer Institute, Nurse Jennifer, and Aveanna Hospice for all of the love and care that was shown to Mrs. Quick, and her family.
