Sister Mary Regina Magro, a cloistered Poor Clare of Perpetual Adoration, passed away at the age of 78 on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the Our Lady of Angels Monastery in Hanceville, Alabama. She was born on Thursday, September 21, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Joe and Rose Magro.

Funeral services will be held at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville, Alabama. On Wednesday, July 26th a visitation for family, friends and the public will begin at 10:00 A.M. The recitation of the holy rosary will follow at 7:00 P.M. On Thursday, July 27th the funeral mass will begin at 10:00 A.M. with the entombment following in the lower church.
