Celebration of life services for Sandra Henderson Schultz of Hanceville, Alabama will be held at 3:30 P.M. Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Hopewell Cemetery in Hanceville, Alabama. Jimmy Sawyer and Phillip Wiggly will be officiating. Visitation will be at Hanceville Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 10, 2021.

Sandra was born January 28, 1941, in Cullman County to Asa B. and Mattie Ruth Bradford Henderson.
After graduating college, she and her husband moved to Starkville, Mississippi, where she taught school for many years.
Upon retirement, Sandra moved to Hanceville, Alabama and became a member of Hanceville First Baptist Church.
Sandra served as a Gideon, and enjoyed worshiping with her brothers and sisters in Christ.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schultz is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Schultz; brother, Jeral Henderson; and a special sister-in-law, Virginia Henderson.

Sandra is survived by a brother, Phillip Henderson; sister, Brenda (Jerry) Dew; brother-in-law, Don (Marie) Schultz; sister-in-law, Martha Ann Alldredge; nephews, Cory (Donna) Freeman, Patrick (Jaime) Freeman, Brad (Karen) Henderson, and Nick Henderson; nieces, Hannah freeman Erickson, and Carrie Dew; and a host of great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Sandra's name to The Gideons International.
