A graveside service for Rachel Jean Wise of Cullman will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 24, 2021 at Mt. Joy Missionary Baptist Cemetery in Hanceville. Reverend Tommy Graves will be officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wise was born on April 15, 1952 in Jefferson County to JB and Jo Ann (Gober) Day. She died at the age of 69 on September 22, 2021 at USA Health Care in Cullman.

Survivors include her children, Angie Wise, Barry Wise, and Andrea Wise (Adam Anderson); grandchildren, Kristin (Jason) Pichelmayer, Nicholas Wise, Ryan (Crystal) Goss, Dustin Wise, Cody (Victoria) Anderson and Laney Wise; great grandchildren, Landon Pichelmayer, Harley Pichelmayer and Adalynn Goss; siblings, Sandra Doss, Jimmy Day, Debra (Danny) Kilgore, Carolyn Day, Johnny Day and Arthur Day; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wise was also preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Wise; and brother, Joseph Day.
