Funeral services for Paul Robert Edwards of Hanceville will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 1 ^st at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in. Reverend Wayne Wisener will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday prior to the service beginning at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Edwards was born on June 16, 1927 to Rufus and Annie (Sloan) Edwards. He died at the age of 94 on January 29, 2022 at Hanceville Nursing and Rehab Center in Hanceville.

Survivors include his daughters, Beth Brock and Pam Fulmer; granddaughters, Sarah (Travis) Eskew, Michelle (Ed) Roberson, Melinda (Bryan) Weeks, Kimberly Pylant and Amber (Eric) Roberson; great grandchildren, Kyle (Lacey) Roberson, Lauren Roberson, Nathan Pylant, Katie Pylant, Hunter Weeks, Sam Eskew and Ben Eskew; and a brother, Alvin Edwards.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his wife, Millinea Trousdale Edwards; son, Tommy Edwards; 2 sisters; and 2 brothers.
