Funeral services for Nelda Faye Grantham of Hanceville, Alabama will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 19 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Gary Waddell will be officiating. The family will be having a private graveside service. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 18 at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mrs. Grantham was born on February 10, 1938 to the late William Floyd and Mabel (Batemon) Baker in Cullman. She died on August 14, 2021 at Hanceville Nursing and Rehab Center in Hanceville at the age of 83.

Survivors include her son, Mike (Tammy) Grantham; grandchildren, Lauren (Nicholas) Hillman and Angie (Waid) Yarborough; great grandchild, Emory Hillman; brothers, Billy Ray Baker and Jerry Wayne Baker; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Grantham was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Grantham.
