Funeral services for Kelly Douglas Cook, 67, of Hayden will be 11:00 Saturday June 22nd at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel.  Reverend Randall Waldrep will be officiating.  Burial will follow the service at Bangor Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday June 21st from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mr. Cook was born October 18, 1956 in Cullman, Alabama to the late George & Levonia "Bonnie" Cook.  He passed away June 19, 2024 at his residence in Bangor, Alabama.

Mr. Cook is survived by his brothers, David Cook (Tammie), Richard Cook (Shelly); newphews, Austin Cook, Dallas Kretzschmar, Josh Cook, B.J. Graves, Caleb Robertson; nieces, Maddy Cook, Antalie Cook, & Jennifer Graves.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his brother, Artis Cook.
