Memorial service for Joseph "Tommy" Hays, 54 of Hanceville will be held at noon on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the Hanceville Ablaze Revival Center. 201 Main Street.  Tommy's family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday beginning at 10:30.

The son of the late Thomas and Martha Sue Dowda Hays passed away Saturday, July 27, 2019 in Birmingham. He was an auto mechanic.

He is survived by his wife Tammy; children, Dana Joe Hays of Hanceville, Alisha (Jarred) Jordan of Birmingham, Cody Hays of Hanceville and Justin Regelin of Falkville and stepdaughter, Stephanie (Shane) Markum of Pocahontas, AR.

Also surviving are grandchildren; Decia, Della, Cross, Cain, Elijah, Lydia, Kirtsyn and Shane Jr.

Brothers and sisters; Wanda (Terry) Gamble, Sheila (Paul) Yarman, David (Jennifer) Nix, Tim Nix, Richard (Sherry) Hays, Dorothy (Jason) Crow and Chrissy (Greg) Moore.

He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Joseph Hays and a brother, Tommy Nix.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with burial expenses.
