A graveside funeral service for Mr. Jerry D. Fowler, 86, of Crane Hill who died Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021 will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, October 5 ^th at Hopewell Cemetery. Bro Kent Persall will officiate with Hanceville Funeral Home directing.

Jerry was a life long resident of the Cullman County area and Air Force veteran, He made his career as a grocer working for the A&P and Winn Dixie companies.

He is survived by his wife, Myra; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Diana Fowler; Grandchildren, Ashleigh (Harris) Crumbley, Chasity (Ben) Schroeder and Staci Deavers. Great Grandchildren are Jesse Cross Crumbley and Maddie Deavers.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey & Vessie Gamble Fowler as well as his grandparents; Albert Henry & Sarah Carr Fowler and Joe and Annie Gamble.
