A Celebration of Life service for Jerome Anthony Flanigan, 41, of Colony, AL will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation for the public will be from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Hanceville Funeral Home on Saturday prior to the service.

Jerome Anthony Flanigan was born to Sylvia Flanigan Turner and his late father Jerome Ferrington Mitchell on November 16, 1981, in Philadelphia PA. Jerome relocated to Colony AL with his family in 1990. He loved working, spending time with his family, and making people laugh. Jerome confessed his relationship with Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age.

Jerome leaves to cherish his mother Sylvia Turner, step-father Albert Turner whom he loved as his very own father, grandmother Mary Flanigan, his children: Devon (Samantha) Hodges, Dezmond Rickman, a beautiful daughter Mila Rose Puckett, expected new arrival "Livia", Bonus children: Destiny Rickman, Logan Puckett, and Keyonna Puckett, and granddaughter Amauri. Siblings: Tumeka (Jason) Henry, Charles (Temeka) Flanigan, George Lamar Flanigan, step-brother Tavoris (Mandy), Turner, step-sister Aleaka Turner. A special uncle Anthony Jerome Flanigan, and Aunt's Vanessa (Rick) Hunt, whom he looked up to as a second mother, and Gladys Hammond. A very special friend Carli Puckett, and a host of aunt's, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
