A graveside service for Jeffrey S. McDowell will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 1 ^st at Mtn. Grove Congregational Christian Church. Reverend Andrew McAfee will be officiating.

Mr. McDowell was born on August 16, 1964 to the late James and Dorothy (Swann) McDowell in Hanceville, Alabama. He passed away at the age of 58 on February 25, 2023 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama.

Survivors include his sister, Michelle McDowell; brother, Rick (Sherry) McDowell; nieces and nephews, Leeann Plischke (Jakob), Rickie McDowell Jr. (Mackenzie), Nicole Fobar, and Jake McDowell; great niece, Sloane Plischke; and brother-in-law, Dave Fobar.

In addition to his parents, Mr. McDowell was preceded in death by his siblings, Terry McDowell and Debbie Fobar; and a nephew, Brian Fobar.
