Funeral services for Janice Faye Crook, 69, of Bremen, Alabama will be 3:00 P.M. Monday, April 22nd at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Corinth Church of Christ Cemetery in Bremen. The visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Monday at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mrs. Crook was born on July 20, 1954, to the late George and Jessie (Stewart) Wissinger in Arlington, Virginia. She passed away from this earth peacefully on April 19, 2024, at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Roger Crook; son, Kevin Crook (Connie); grandchildren, Austin Crook, and Nathan Freeman; great grandchildren, Sawyer Freeman and Maverick Freeman; siblings, Carol Ricketts, Debbie Gillis, and Gary Wissinger; uncles, Donald Stewart and Eugene Stewart; and aunt, Faye Perkins; and brother-in-law, Jerrell Crook; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Crook was preceded in death by her great granddaughter, Ember Dunkin Crook; and children, Dale Levon Crook, Brian Keith Crook, Jamie Marie Crook, and Lindsey Rae Cook.
