Funeral services for James T. Jones, 73, of Blountsville, Alabama will be 11 O'clock A.M. Saturday October 5, 2019 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel.  His family will start welcoming friends for a visitation beginning at 5:30 P.M. Friday October 4, 2019 at the funeral home.

Mr. Jones was a long-time brick mason and was also self-employed for years. He leaves behind a great and wonderful loving family.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife Maria Jones; children, Sharron Jones (Mark Dabbs), Regina Nix, Charlene (Tony) Price, Rhonda (Frankie) Peek, David Jones, Teresa Jones, and Joe (Liz) Eveland; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Quick and Lenita Bynum; and two brothers, Johnny Wayne Jones and Harold Jones, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Jones is preceded in death by his parents Johnny Clyde and Una Christine (Williams) Jones; also 3 brothers, Mural, Darrel, and Martin Jones.
