A graveside service for Howard O'Neal Hays, of Hanceville, will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 15th at Hopewell Cemetery in Hanceville. Reverend Ruland will be officiating the service.

Mr. Hays was born on March 21, 1937, in Cullman County to the late David C. Hays and Ilene Alexander. He passed away at the age of 86 at his residence in Hanceville on September 13, 2023.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Evelyn Hays; children, Patricia (Ray) Wise and Anthony Hays; grandchildren, Erin Wise, and Benjamin Wise; siblings, Lou Dingler, Mary Ann Hall, and Robert Hays; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Hays, Benjamin Wise, Ray Wise, David Dingler, Greg Whitaker, and Adam Schmidt.
