Obituary
In loving memory of Glenn Edward Byrd.
The family of Mr. Byrd has elected cremation and a memorial service will be announced later by the family.
Mr. Byrd was born on December 6, 1946 to the late Leonard and Virginia (Reese) Byrd in Anderson County, South Carolina. He died at the age of 74 on August 23, 2021 at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, Alabama.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Byrd; children, Paula K. Byrd Woods and Paul Edward Grund Jr.; grandchildren, Gabby Woods, Tristan Grund, Olivia Grund, Eric Cherry and Lauren Byrd Guinn; great grandchildren, Sawyer Guinn and Mia Cherry; 1 sister; and a host of nieces and nephews.
