Funeral Services David Roy Grantham, 68, of Crane Hill, Alabama, will be at 11 O'clock A.M. on Friday June 21, 2019 at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery in Crane Hill, Alabama. The family will receive friends at 5:30 P.M. on Thursday June 20, 2019 at the Bethany Baptist Church. Reverends Mark Higdon and Brad Philbeck will officiate.

Mr. Grantham retired from the Jim Walter Number Five Mine.

Mr. Grantham is a Vietnam War veteran who received the Bronze Star Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Parachute Badge.

Mr. Grantham is survived by his wife Pat Grantham, mother June Suell, daughters Brandy (Tony) Ethridge of Brookwood, Alabama, Jennifer (Marty) Gellness of Cullman, Alabama and son Chad (Samantha) Grantham of Providence, Alabama. Grandchildren include Justin Ethridge, Emma Gellness, Mady Gellness, Jayce and Jackson Grantham. A brother Rod Grantham. Mr. Grantham was preceded in death by his father David Roger Grantham Jr. and grandson Dylonn Ethridge.
