Funeral services for Danny Ray Gunter of Bremen, AL will be 12:00 P.M. Monday, July 3rd at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Johnson Grove Cemetery. Visitation for the public will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Hanceville Funeral Home on Monday prior to the service.

Mr. Gunter was born on March 5, 1953 to Milligan and Effie (Johnson) Gunter. He passed away on June 30, 2023 at the age of 70 at his residence.

Survivors include his wife, Patt Gunter; children, Jarrod (Lynn) Gunter and Nick (Sara Beth) Gunter; grandchildren, Landen Gunter, Ashton Gunter, Kila Rae Gunter, Lily Gunter, Jasper Gunter, Addi Gunter and Lukas Gunter; mother, Effie Gunter; siblings, Sheila (Doug) Payne, George (Teresa) Gunter, Jeff (Brandi) Gunter and Marsha (Terry) McDonald; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Mr. Gunter was preceded in death by two brothers, Runyon Gunter and Roger Gunter.
