Colleen Ann Haab Grund, of Hanceville, Alabama, and formerly of Chelsea, Michigan, was born on April 4, 1949, to Elmer and Malinda Haab. She passed away at her residence on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the age of 76.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 17, at Trinity Lutheran
Church in Hanceville. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., with the service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Fairview West Baptist Cemetery.

Colleen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl Grund, Jr., and by her parents. She is survived by her brothers, Luther Haab (Cheryl) and Keith Haab (Amy), as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Colleen devoted her life to caring for her husband and serving her church community. A faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church, she shared her musical gifts by playing the organ most Sundays and helped prepare the bulletins for worship services. Her quiet dedication and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
