Funeral services for Charles David Burgess, 62, of Bremen will be 1:00 P.M. Sunday May 31st at McKinley Chapel. Burial will follow the service at McKinley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday May 30th from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mr. Burgess was born February 25, 1964 in Illinois to the late Daryl & Coline Burgess. He passed away May 26, 2026 in Cullman, Alabama.

Mr. Burgess is survived by his wife, Karen Burgess; children, Adam Burgess (Rebecca); grandchildren, Dillan Burgess, Mason Burgess; siblings, Bill Burgess (Pat), Janice Day (Wayne), Jeanette Calvert (Kenneth), Tim Burgess (Pam); sisters-in-law, Sharon Sanders (Bobby), Wanda Day (James), Tonya Bartlett (Jason); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Burgess was preceded in death by his parents, Daryl & Coline Burgess; brothers, Roger Burgess, Mitchell Burgess, Dale Burgess; mother and father-in-law, David & Polly Mauldin.

Serving as pallbearers will be Adam Burgess, Dillan Burgess, Mason Burgess, Brodee Bartlett, Justin Day, Cody Day, and Nathan Sanders.
