Funeral services for Andrew Lee Wooley, age 87 of Colony, Alabama, will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 12:00 PM from the Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Arthur Johnson, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Colony Cemetery. Mr. Wooley will lie in repose at Hanceville Funeral Home on Friday evening from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. His grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Andrew Lee Wooley was born on March 4, 1935 in Cullman, Alabama to Chester Wooley and Ruby Staton Wooley. He was a member of Liberty Church of God in Warrior, Alabama and he loved to work on anything with a motor. The greatest passion he had was his family and spending his time with the light of his life, the grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Ruby Wooley. He leaves his memory and love with his wife of 66 years, Louise Wooley; his daughters, Patricia Wooley Taylor, Gloria Wooley Henderson, Michaele Wooley Hunter and Angelia Wooley Conner; four beautiful granddaughters and six wonderful grandsons; seven great grandchildren; sister, Annie Faye Leeth; a host of nieces and nephews.
